Customer service plan
The Customer Service Plan is designed to assist the staff of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River to deliver best practice customer service to the community through a Customer Service Improvement Plan.
This Plan is aligned to Council’s Strategic Goals and provides a targeted approach to implementing Customer Service actions over the next three years, with actions reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
