Planning complaints
Should you wish to make a complaint about development or use of land in the Shire you will need to complete a Planning Complaints form and send it to Chief Executive Officer Shire of Augusta–Margaret River PO Box 61 Margaret River WA 6285.
The Shire’s Legal Services Co-ordinator will investigate and respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
