NOTICE OF ORDINARY MEETING OF COUNCIL – 12 APRIL 2017

The next Ordinary Meeting of Council will be held at 5.30pm on Wednesday 12 April 2017 in Council Chambers, 41 Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River.  Items which may be considered at the meeting include*:

In accordance with Part 4, Clause 11(1) of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996, where tenders require to be publicly invited, the Shire of Augusta Margaret River is seeking Tender responses from appropriate suppliers for the replacement of two synthetic bowling greens at the Margaret River Bowling Club Inc.

A copy of the Request for Tender (RFT) documents (including the Specification Requirements) can be obtained from Hannah Waters by calling (08) 9780 5638 or emailing amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au (including a note of the Request for Tender title and reference number in the email subject).

Please note that once you have obtained a copy of the RFT documents, any clarifications you require in relation to the content or requirements of the RFT should to be issued in writing to the attention of the Principal’s Responsible Officer(s) and via the method of communication specified in the RFT documents, no later than 3.00pm AWST Tuesday, 11 April 2017.

Tenders must be clearly marked with the appropriate Tender number, placed in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

All tenders are to be received by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River before the Tenders close at 3.00pm AWST Wednesday, 26 April 2017 – No late tenders will be accepted.

Canvassing of the Elected Councillors or Officers will result in immediate disqualification of the relevant Tender.

A non-compulsory site meeting will be held on Monday 10 April 2017 at 10.30am.
