Boxing for Fitness
This class is a massive calorie burner and will get you fit fast! Learn boxing technique while you develop speed and power combinations. Boxing gloves, focus pads and inner liners are provided, alternately you can bring your own. Moderate level of fitness required.
Body Blast
A class combing both weights and cardio in a challenging format to tone, strengthen and improve endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Pump
A revolutionary weight training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body. BODYPUMP is a non-impact, resistance training program using barbell and weight plates. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Gym Circuit
A circuit class in the gym incorporating weights, aerobic conditioning, strength and core conditioning. It focuses on endurance, toning and fat burning. Suits any fitness level.
Aqua
This is a great cardiovascular work out and great for toning. Use pool equipment such as buoyancy belts, noodles and dumbbells to create an enjoyable workout for all. Morning classes are an easy pace, while night classes are more challenging. Suits any fitness level. Must be able to swim.
Super Movers
A fully supervised and programmed exercise class in the gym using machine weights and free weights. This program is based on increasing cardiovascular fitness as well as strengthening and flexibility. Great for increasing bone density and rehabilitation of injuries/ailments. Suits any fitness level.
Pilates
A mind/body workout with an emphasis on core strengthening, muscle toning, flexibility and breathe work. The class leaves you with a feeling of balance, rejuvenation and relaxation. Must have participated in basic pilates classes or have done mat pilates previously.
Basic Pilates: Is for those who have not previously done any mat Pilates.
Step / Pump
An interval class, alternating simple step moves with pump weight training. Choose to work at your own level with the step and weights. A great ‘fat-burning’ workout finishing with abs and a thorough stretch. Suits any fitness level.
Fitball
This class encourages the development of lean muscle and total body toning. It incorporates core stability, balance and muscular strength along with the aim at developing and improving flexibility. Suits any fitness level.
