The Customer Service Team is committed to the values of the organisation and to providing a welcoming and efficient service to all our customers.
Team members can assist with phone and counter enquiries and payments at the Margaret River and Augusta offices.
The Shire is an agency for the Department of Transport and staff are trained in providing the full range of licence and registration services.
