Dog pound
The Shire operates dog pounds at Margaret River and Augusta.
Release Fee
Dog Pounds are located at Margaret River and Augusta. If your dog is impounded the following release fees apply:
- $100 to release during normal working hours
- $150 to release outside normal working hours
- $16 per day sustenance and maintenance charge
The fees go towards the operating costs of the pounds.
