Off road vehicles
Off road vehicles can be fun but also dangerous to the public, so the shire has no facilities for these recreational activities.
If off road vehicles are impacting on you by noise or nuisance you can contact the Rangers either during normal business hours or after hours.
It is important that you provide as much information as possible. This includes:
- Time and place; is it a regular pattern or not
- A description of the vehicle; make, model, colour, registration number
- Any possible owner / s address or name
Any person found riding or driving any unlicensed vehicle in a public place may have their vehicle impounded under the Off Road Vehicle Act and daily penalties will be incurred.
