Change of details

To ensure that you receive correspondence from the Shire such as your Annual Rate Notice; Cat renewal: Dog renewal; Land matters; Waste Passes etc, we need to be updated on changes to your personal details.  All changes to the personal details are requested to be submitted to the Shire in writing.  If your details aren't up to date, it may result in very important correspondence not getting to you and in some instances such as the annual rate notice, late payment penalites do apply.

You can update your change of details by either of the following methods:

  • In person at the Margaret River Civic Administration Centre at 41 Wallcliffe Rd, Margaret River; or
  • In person at the Augusta Office at 66 Allnut Tce, Augusta; or
  • Email us at amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au; or
  • Fax the advice to 08 9757 2512; or
  • Complete the form below.  If completing the form below, the Shire will update your Name and Address record held within the database for all correspondence.
  • If your change of details is in relation to an Animal Registration (Cat or Dog) then please complete the Change to Animal Registration Details Form.
