Goal 1 Valuing the natural environment
  • Implement findings of the Regional Waste Management Facility Scoping Study
  • Develop and Implement Environmental Improvement Plan for Davis Road Waste Facility
  • Work with Leeuwin Tourism Precinct Group to prepare a concept plan for the Cape Leeuwin to Flinders Bay foreshore area and to seek grant funding for staged implementation
Goal 2 Welcoming and inclusive communities
  • Develop and implement upgrades to the Margaret River Skate Park project
Goal 3 Managing growth sustainably
  • Implement Stage I, II and III of Margaret River Cultural Centre Redevelopment
  • Further develop the feasibility study for the Augusta Retirement Village through preparation of a business case for the proposal
  • Progress and complete Stage I and II of Margaret River Main Street Town Centre Improvements
  • Progress and complete Surfers Point Precinct in line with staged construction works
  • Implement improvements ot the Town Centre Streetscape in Cowaramup
  • Prepare Gloucester Park redevelopment Stages I, II, III, IV
  • Implement Stage I Community Infrastructure identifed in the Community Infrastructure Plan - Develop and implement Margaret River Foreshores upgrades
  • Implement Stage I Community Infrastructure identified in the Community Infrastructure Plan - Develop and construct an entry statement to Margaret River
  • Progress detailed Bussell Highway street designs for Perimeter Road Stage I, II construction
  • Construct rail trail subject to funding
Goal 4 Vibrant and diverse economy
  • Review the Turner Carvan Park Master Plan and implement findings
  • Assist Main Roads WA to progress development of the Margaret River Perimeter Road
