SCHEME AMENDMENT NO. 47 TO LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 1 AND ASSOCIATED STRUCTURE PLAN

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment and associated Structure Plan for the purpose of setting in place suitable zoning and subdivision design requirement particularly related to Lot 22 Ashton Street.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the Scheme Amendment and associated Structure Plan can be viewed below up to and including 14 JULY 2017.
