Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:

Rezoning Lot 202 Railway Terrace, Margaret River from ‘Tourism’ to ‘Residential R15’

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the Scheme Amendment can be viewed by clicking on the link below or by visiting the Shire Offices, 41 Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including 29 MARCH 2019.

Submissions on the Scheme Amendment may be made in writing on Form No. 4 and emailed to spdplanning@amrshire.wa.gov.au  on or before 29 MARCH 2019.

This Amendment is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
