NOTICE OF ORDINARY MEETING OF COUNCIL – 24 JULY 2019, 5.30pm

 

The next Ordinary Meeting of Council will be held at 5.30pm on Wednesday 24 uly 2019 in Council Chambers, 41 Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River.  Items which may be considered at the meeting include*:

 

  • Councillor Briefings, Concept Forums, Workshops – Quarterly Report
  • Adoption of 2019-20 Fees and Charges
  • Adoption of 2019-20 Differential Rates
  • Adoption of 2019-20 Budget
  • Monthly Financial Report – May 2019
  • List of Payments – May 2019
  • Events Funding
  • Local Planning Strategy - for consent to advertise
  • Shops (Supermarket, Bottle shop & Retail shops) and Freestanding Sign at 5 (Lot 401) Hasluck Street, Cowaramup
  • Proposed Lease to Margaret River Men's Shed
  • Late Report Confidential - Contract Variation for HEART
  • RFT 11-16 Traffic Management Services Contract Extension
  • Amendment No.60 and related structure plan - Illawarra Avenue and Merino Way, Margaret River
