Notices and Tenders

In accordance with Part 4 of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996, the Shire of Augusta Margaret River invites applications from parties interested in joining a panel of pre-qualified suppliers for the provision of supply of Plant Hire.

A copy of the Request for Applications to join a Panel of Pre-qualified Suppliers (Request) documents can be obtained by emailing tenders@amrshire.wa.gov.au  (including a note of the request reference IPQS 012101 in the email subject).

All applications are to be received by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River before the closing deadline of 2pm AWST on Friday, 19 February 2021. No late applications will be accepted.

Applications must be lodged electronically to tenders@amrshire.wa.gov.au The email subject must include the text “IPQS 012101 – SUBMISSION”. If the application submission is too large to deliver by email, parties may email a drop box link to the Shire at the above email address.

Hard copy or facsimile Applications will not be accepted.

Canvassing of the Elected Councillors or Officers will result in immediate disqualification of the relevant application.
