In summary, the application seeks to increase the retail floorspace provided by the existing plan to allow for the future supermarket to be increased in size. This would allow for a full line supermarket.

7,800m2 of retail/commercial floor space

1,500m² supermarket

3,020m² in retail specialty shops

2515m² in office and commercial space

1,200m² in office and commercial space

290m² for childcare opportunities
