Notice is given that mechanical bushfire mitigation works to reduce bushfire hazard fuels within the above road reserves, is scheduled to commence on Monday 21 September.
The objectives of managing road verge vegetation are:
Traffic management will be in-place for the duration of the works and the public is requested to comply with the directions of the traffic management personnel.
The works are expected to take approximately two weeks.

Advertisement of Approved Structure Plan
Pursuant to Schedule 2, Clause 22(1)(a) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the Western Australian Planning Commission on 3 September 2020, granted approval to Basildene Estate Local Structure Plan
In accordance with Part 4 of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996, the Shire of Augusta Margaret River is seeking tenders from appropriate parties for the provision of beach lifeguard services, predominantly at the Rivermouth Beach in Gnarabup.
A copy of the Request for Tender documents (RFT) can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org (please include a note of the RFT reference 05-21 in the email subject).
All tenders are to be received by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River before the deadline of 2pm AWST on Wednesday 7 October 2020. No late tenders will be accepted.
Tenders must be lodged electronically to email@example.com.The email subject must include the text “RFT 05-21 – SUBMISSION”. If the Tender submission is too large to deliver by email, tenderers may email a dropbox link to the Shire at the above email address.
Hard copy or facsimile Tenders will not be accepted.

The Structure Plan provides for the subdivision of Lot 151 Salmon Place Margaret River which is zoned ‘rural residential’ into 3 lots.
