This Council program partners TAFE and university students with local professionals/ business people in mentoring relationships that offer studies-related encouragement, support, access to resources and networking opportunities. Students are also encouraged to see their careers in a local context. The program is available to all tertiary students, including those who move from our shire to undertake study. Supported by Shire of AMR and South West Development Commission.

Arts Margaret River aims to involve all members of the community in all forms of the arts. Our aim is achieved through a variety of programmes: music of all forms, theatre and dance performances, visual art exhibitions and events, Readers and Writers Festival events, various workshops, community celebrations including free outdoor concerts and activities, along with our volunteer run cinema.

Weekly workshops for adults with disabilities, carers, families, artists and volunteers in the Margaret River region. The format includes morning and afternoon arts workshops every Monday at The Zone Room including, theatre (run by self); music; clowning; dance; painting; textiles; sculpture and a range of visual arts. Artzability is an inclusive set-up that gives all involved the opportunity to spend time together on a regular basis in a safe, creative environment, with an open-ended involvement and community connection.
