How to use Online Mapping

Modules

The module drop down list allows you to select a map module to display. Current Modules available for the Shire of Augusta Margaret River are;

Layers

The layers list allows users to turn on or off layers within a module.

Searches

To find a property enter the street or lot address and the mapping system will locate it.

 

View Tools

Navigation:

The home function allows you return to the initial view

The pan tool allows you to navigate around the map by clicking and dragging

Zoom in

Zoom out

Back tool returns to your previous view

The forward view tool is accessible after using the back view tool and allows to to go back to your next view.

Select tool allows you to select a property to display information in the information panel

Select by circle

Select by square

Select by polygon

Select adjoining properties

Select by buffer (Enter value in metres into adjacent box)

Add properties to your selection

Subtract properties to your selection
