The Shire conducts a community survey every three years to understand the community’s level of satisfaction with our services and performance. The survey provides the Shire with quantitative and qualitative data to review and improve Shire operations.
This survey is completed by an independent third party who uses a randomised extract of the Shire’s rates database.
