Trove is a free online research portal where you can explore newspapers, photos, maps, books and other material from libraries, museums, galleries, archives and research collections across the country.

Whether you are curious about your family history, your home or a local event from years ago, this free, beginner-friendly workshop will help you get started. Learn practical tips for navigating Trove, refining searches and finding newspapers, books, pictures, maps and more. Maddi O’Neil from the National Library of Australia will present remotely on the library’s big screen, with participants attending in person.
