We are inviting community members to share their customer service experience – quickly, easily and anonymously.
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving services across the Shire, we’ve introduced new feedback tools at Margaret River and Augusta Shire offices, and the Margaret River Recreation Centre. Visitors can now rate their experience using tablets and QR codes.Post-call text message surveys have also been rolled out, giving residents even more ways to share their thoughts. Email surveys will be implemented soon.
