The Seasonal Kitchen returns – free community cooking classes this June

Our much-loved free cooking class series, The Seasonal Kitchen, is back in mid-June.

Delivered by Jodie from Fair Harvest, these hands-on workshops are all about building confidence in the kitchen, sharing simple and nourishing recipes, and learning practical skills you can carry into everyday life. Jodie brings a wealth of knowledge, a passion for sustainable living and a relaxed, welcoming approach that makes everyone feel at home.

This season’s program includes two unique class experiences:

The Conscious Kitchen
A practical, low-waste cooking class focused on making the most of everyday ingredients while reducing food and packaging waste. You’ll learn creative techniques, explore new ways of thinking about food, and take a guided tour through Jodie’s incredible permaculture garden.

Cooking with the Seasons
Using fresh produce from Jodie’s garden and locally sourced ingredients, this class celebrates winter cooking at its best. You’ll prepare a range of delicious seasonal dishes while discovering the benefits of eating with the seasons, followed by a garden tour.

Class dates:

•    Tuesday 16 June – 10.30am - 1.30pm – The Conscious Kitchen
