Free online one-on-one tutoring is available for years 3 – 12 via Studiosity. Studiosity is available Sunday to Friday 1pm – 10pm. Have your library card handy and click here to connect with a tutor.
Every Friday after school during school term, the Margaret River Library hosts the Margaret River CoderDojo, a coding club where budding coders can learn, explore, undertake challenges and collaborate. The CoderDojo work with coding languages and programs to meet gaming, robotics and other creative challenges. There is a Young Adult section, with books, magazines and audio-books aimed at readers aged approximately 13 – 18 years old. There are also study booths at the Margaret River library, and loads of resources to educate and entertain. Click here to browse e-resources.
A group for teens (12-17) who are enthusiastic about books. Each month we chat about what we have read and give reviews for other members of the club. There is no 'set' book - we agree on a genre or theme, and you pick a book that appeals to you.
Free event - no booking necessary, just turn up!
