The finalised minutes for the Development Assessment Panel (DAP) meeting held on 14 April 2026 to consider the proposed Multiple Dwellings and Mixed Use (Office, Consulting Rooms, Restaurant, Shop) at Lot 13 & 14 (Street No. 74 & 76) Blackwood Avenue, Augusta are now publicly available at Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage.

The Local Government is required to publish a copy of the minutes on the Shire of Augusta Margaret River website in accordance with regulation 44(7) of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.
