Today, our Margaret River Customer Service counters are introducing a brand new Queue Ticketing System, designed to make your visit smoother, faster and a whole lot more comfortable.Here’s what it means for you:
- No more standing in line - Take a ticket, grab a seat and relax while you wait.
- Know exactly where you’re at - Digital screens will display real-time updates, including estimated wait times, so there's no guessing.
- Get the right help straight away - When you check in, the system lets us know what you need, helping our team tailor your service from the get go.
We’ll also have a friendly Customer Service team member on hand to help everyone use the new check in system. We can’t wait for you to try it!
