The Shire has received a local development plan which will guide the future development of the Rapids Landing commercial precinct. The Local Development Plan includes development standards that inform the design of new commercial buildings in the precinct, as well as the layout of the future main street,

You are invited to comment on the draft Local Development Plan by visiting yoursay.amrshire.wa.gov.au/local-development-plan-rapids-landing-village-centre and complete the submission form online, if you would like a hard copy of the submission form please email [email protected], contact 97805 220 to request a copy or visit the Shire Offices during normal office hours.

We are seeking feedback on the draft document up until Friday, 14 April 2023 at 4pm.
