Pursuant to Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Augusta Margaret River intends to impose the following differential rating categories and their associated rate in the dollar and minimum payments in respect of the 2026-27 financial year.

  • Margaret River Civic Administration Centre, 41 Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday
  • Augusta Office, 66 Allnutt Terrace, Augusta between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Tuesday to Thursday
  • Margaret River Library, 16 Fearn Avenue, Margaret River, between 10.00 am to 3.00pm, Monday to Saturday 
  • Augusta Library, 16 Allnutt Terrace, Augusta between 10.00am and 4.00 pm Tuesday to Thursday. 
Ratepayers and residents are invited to make a submission to the Council in relation to this proposal via www.yoursay.amrshire.wa.gov.au no later than 9.00am on Monday 22 June 2026.
