Popular Prevelly Playground Reopened!

Riflebutts Reserve Playground is Open!

Down by the beach is Riflebutts Reserve, a well-loved park with toilets, barbeques, picnic tables and a playground. It’s recently been given a makeover and officially reopened today!

The old playground was removed and new, accessible play equipment was installed along with new barbeques and shelter to keep you cool whilst flipping your sausages or zucchini fritters.

We’re looking forward to all community members enjoying the refreshed area.

The lovely, inclusive play space is close to the beach with all you need to spend a couple of hours relaxing with your family and friends.

The unique play structure is based on historic beach shacks and has a special nature play element including timber steppers, walking logs and more.

This project was funded by Lotterywest, Margaret River Lions (towards the nature play element) and the Shire.
