The use of Shire halls and reserves for private functions and activities may require a permit. This may also include weddings, ceremonies and club functions.
If your event is being held entirely within a hall owned by the Shire you may not need to apply for an event permit. However, if alcohol is going to be sold or consumed, you will require a permit. Please complete and submit an Application for a permit to consume alcohol.
A permit is required for private events in Shire parks, reserves and on foreshores. This includes ceremonies, rallies and marches. Please contact the Shire's Events and Permit Officer on 08 9780 5266 to request an application package.
