It is wise for owners to know where their effluent disposal system is located so that they may be able to respond quickly if it requires maintenance.
If you would like a copy of the original septic plans for your property, please complete the form below and submit it to the Shire, with the fee (please see Fees and Charges). The form can be submitted in person, by email or by post. Further details are provided in the form below.
