End of Life Matters is a four-part community information series presented by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River and Augusta Community Resource Centre to explore death, dying and end-of-life planning.
Get Your Death Ducks in a Row is the first session in this series and is a playful, thought-provoking and practical session designed to help participants engage with end-of-life planning in a new way.
Presented by End of Life Guide Erin Griffin, the session will help participants get their head and heart around some of the practicalities involved in death and dying.
The session will cover
- Your options, opportunities, values and preferences
- “Who’s who” in your end-of-life support network
- How you would like to be remembered
- Your “last hurrah” and beyond
All End of Life Matters sessions will be held at the Augusta Community Resource Centre (66 Allnut Terrace, Augusta) and include morning tea. To RSVP, contact Community Development Officer Olivia Knowles via [email protected] or by calling 9780 5667.
More about Erin
Erin Griffin is an End-of-Life Guide committed to bridging the gap between clinical and community end of life care.
