Rec Connect 2.0

Rec Connect is back for Term 4 – with a fresh new vibe.

This popular program offers high school students (years 7–12) a regular, safe and welcoming space to hang out, connect with friends, and enjoy a variety of activities – or just relax and unwind.

Hosted by the Margaret River Recreation Centre, Rec Connect 2.0 will feature Friday night drop-in sessions, running from 7pm to 8pm, with casual access to Courts 1 and 2. 

Activities on offer this term include:

• Basketball
• Volleyball
• Netball 

Drop-in sessions this term include: 

• 31 October 2025
• 7 November 2025
• 21 November 2025
• 28 November 2025
• 12 December – end of term pool party. Think pizza, poolside DJ beats and new pool inflatables! Stay tuned for more details. 

Entry is FREE via the rear of the building. No registration is needed for our casual drop-sessions. 

Rec Connect was developed by the Shire’s of Augusta Margaret River’s Community Development and Recreational Services teams in response to the needs of young people in our community.
