Swellbeing Youth Surf and Ocean Program

Flowstate Margaret River Inc.is a not-for-profit organisation supporting mental health through surf and ocean-based experiences.  

They’re offering a FREE 5-week program for young people aged 12–25 years, designed to build confidence, connection, and ocean skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Running every Saturday from 9:00–11:30am at Redgate Beach, the program will give participants the opportunity to:

• Explore a range of surf craft
• Develop ocean awareness and surf skills
• Learn practical mental health and wellbeing strategies
• Meet new people and build friendships
• Enjoy time outdoors in an inclusive, welcoming setting

Spots are limited and registration is essential.
