Senior Information Resource
The Seniors Information Resource includes information about housing, health, aged care services, elder abuse, technology and communication, transport, connecting with community, end of life planning and a range of other topics. It aims to increase awareness and uptake of existing services, concessions and programs for older people in Western Australia.
Hard copies are available from the Augusta and Margaret River Libraries and the Shire administration offices in Margaret River and Augusta.
WA Country Health Service
WA Country Health Service (WACHS) have produced a South West Services Directory which includes contact details for local hospitals, aged care, community and public health and mental health services.
WA Seniors Card
WA Seniors Card holders can apply for several State Government concessions and rebates, including a Cost of Living Rebate and Safety and Security Rebate. For more information please go to WA Seniors Card.
