Maxine Petty

Hi, I’m Maxine Petty – a mum to three awesome kids (6, 8 & 12), and wife to Tim, a chef who works with the Australian Antarctic Division on the RSV Nuyina. We made the move to the Augusta Margaret River region from Victoria Park four years ago and haven’t looked back. I’m community-minded, passionate about kids, the environment, and looking out for others. I juggle running my own successful Augusta-based business with plenty of added volunteer hours, because giving back is important to me. As an active family, we’re always out and about – whether it’s weekend sport or exploring all the natural beauty this incredible region has to offer.

I’m putting my hand up for council because I want to be a real voice for locals – someone who listens, speaks up, and genuinely cares about the whole Shire. I love where we live, and I’m ready to help shape its future.
