About the opportunity
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Officers to join the team. Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Services, you will be responsible for providing a professional initial point of contact on the phone and over the counter.
Main duties will include answering the customer service phone line, taking payments over the phone for applications, data entry of customer service requests and general administration tasks.
Previous experience answering a customer service phone line, processing eftpos payments, accurate data entry, inbox management and working in a multi-disciplinary front-line customer service environment is highly desirable. - Level 4 ($74,923 - $82,721 per annum pro-rata)
