About the opportunity
Are you a proactive and highly organised professional with a passion for supporting executive leadership? We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project support to the Director of Sustainable Economy and Communities.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the Directorate, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing strategic documents, and supporting key projects. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures and fostering positive relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
- Certificate IV in Business or equivalent, and/or relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High-level proficiency in document preparation and minute taking
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude

Details
- Non-continuing employment, part-time 60.8 hours/fortnight
- EA Level 4/5 ($74,923 - $88,085 per annum pro-rata)
