The Shire of Augusta Margaret River is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Manager Corporate Services. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate & Community Services, and responsible for leading key business functions across finance, communications, and customer services.

- Maximum Term Full-Time employment (5-year contract)
- Negotiable - salary package circa $150k per annum

What you'll bring:
- A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience in one or more relevant disciplines
- A strategic mindset with strong operational leadership skills
- A passion for community service and performance improvement
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive innovation
