This hands-on, people-focused opportunity is perfect for a couple ready to embrace coastal living while contributing to the smooth running of one of the South West’s most loved holiday destinations. You’ll manage everything from guest services and reservations to grounds maintenance and emergency response—ensuring every visitor enjoys a safe, clean, and welcoming experience.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a management role within the holiday park industry
  • Ability to participate in on-call and after-hours work roster
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Physical fitness and hands-on capability for grounds work
  • Current WA driver’s license
