Position description and selection criteria
Pool Lifeguards Position Description
The role will primarily involve lifeguarding duties and will also administrative duties such as customer service. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in lifeguard practices, water safety principles, crowd control and an ability to achieve Bronze Medallion
- Ability to implement the highest standards of public supervision and safety
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
