About the opportunity

The Shire is currently seeking two enthusiastic administrators to provide support to the Sustainable Development & Infrastructure Services team. Reporting to the Admin Team Leader, you will establish and maintain secretarial and administrative tasks. Appropriate qualifications in administration or similar, or substantial experience in a similar role is essential. What You’ll Bring

  • Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills
  • Minute-taking, time management, and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of planning processes and Council systems
