The following fees are for building approvals and inspections required under the Building Act 2011.

Please note:

  • Building Services Levy (BSL) is payable on application value up to $45,000 and collected at the rate specified by the Builders Registration Board.
  • Construction Training Fund Levy (BCTF) is payable on permit value of works over $20,000 and collected at the rate specified.
  • Contract Value may be determined by Council using "Rawlinson's Building Estimation Services".

Residential (Class 1 and 10)
