A Festive Feast of Christmas Entertainment

Christmas is around the corner and the Shire of Augusta Margaret River is getting into the festive spirit with a number of fun and exciting events happening as Santa makes his way to town. 

This year, the Norfolk Pine located on the Augusta foreshore and the large tree in Reuther Park in Margaret River will both shine bright with Christmas lights. 

Community members are encouraged to come along and take advantage of the exciting free activities on offer this month, suitable for the whole family to experience.

The Spirit of Christmas Fair by the Surfside Church

Sunday 4 December, 8am – 1pm | Reuther Park, Margaret River

  • Face painting

Christmas Carols in the Park by the Surfside Church 

Friday 9 December, 7pm – 8.30pm | Margaret River High School Oval
  • Featuring the Margaret River Concert Band, Margaret River Community Band and the Community and School Choirs
  • Bring your own picnic rug
  • Candles available for sale on the night
  • This is a drug and alcohol free event

Augusta River Festival’s Carols at Colourpatch 

Sunday 11 December, 1pm – 6.30pm | Georgiana Park, Augusta 
  • Made with Love Markets from 1pm
  • Christmas carols from 3.30pm
  • Live music featuring Jessie Gordon and a variety of talented local performers
