Changed traffic conditions on Glenarty Road

Reapir works commence on Glenarty Road Bridge

Road closure and detours are in place for a section of Glenarty Road, from Twenty Four Road to Wilson Road, due to damages on the Glenarty Road Bridge.

Access over the bridge will be temporarily closed and detour signage installed while repairs are undertaken.

Travel time will remain the same for commuters travelling via the highways. For those who need to travel to the other side of the bridge, the detour may add 10 minutes to your journey.

Please observe and follow the signage and be courteous to other road users in the area to ensure the safety of our community.

Full scope of repairs is determined in consultation with the MRWA Bridge team.
