
Community elects five Councillors in 2025 Local Government Election
The results are in for the 2025 Local Government Election, with five Members of Council elected to represent the Shire of Augusta Margaret River.Elected to four-year terms are Tracey Muir, Lisa Bell, Joe Forte and Greg Boland.
Pamela Winter will serve a two-year term, filling a mid-term vacancy.
The newly elected council members will join continuing members Kylie Kennaugh and Melissa D’Ath, and Shire President Julia Jean-Rice, forming a team of eight who will work together to serve the community.
Councillors Muir and Boland return to Council following previous terms of service.
The first meeting of the new Council will be held on Wednesday 22 October 2025, where the Deputy Shire President will be elected.
