Community invited to join Augusta Townsite Community Working Group

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from community members to join the Augusta Townsite Community Working Group for 2026–27

The Working Group will provide local insight and feedback on the design and implementation of projects in the town, including the Augusta Streetscape Plan, Augusta Precinct Plan, Ellis Street Jetty Precinct Plan and others.
The Working Group will provide valuable input, ensuring community perspectives are considered as the projects move forward.

The Shire is encouraging a diverse range of applicants, including residents, local businesses, and community group representatives.

Meetings will be held monthly over the first quarter of the 2026–27 financial year.

Expressions of Interest close 5pm Wednesday 15 July 2026, with the group to be established by July 2026.
