Have Your Say on Our Updated Mobile Food Business Policy

Our Mobile Food Business Policy determines where and how food vans and other mobile food businesses can operate across the shire. 

Our new Policy includes the following changes:
•    New operating locations on Shire reserves (Duggan Pavilion carpark, Gracetown Beach carpark, Druids Hall Park, Ellis Street Jetty)
•    Allowing multiple vans to operate simultaneously at Surfers Point
•    Allowing planning exemptions for mobile food businesses operating on private properties in town centre, village centre, caravan park and agriculture zones (provided they operate alongside an approved food or beverage business such as a small bar, winery, or café; do not result in deficit of car parking (below required standards); and are limited to one per property).
