Notice of Revocation – Local Planning Policies

At its Ordinary Meeting held on the 22 April 2026, Council resolved to revoke the following Local Planning Policies on the basis that they are no longer relevant or appropriate, particularly given the imminent gazettal of Local Planning Scheme No.2 which will replace the existing Scheme (LPS1)

•    LPP5 Cellar Door Sales
•    LPP10 Directional Signage
•    LPP12 Ashton Street Development
•    LPP14 Margaret River Development Investigation Areas Design and Development
•    LPP15 Street Activation
•    LPP16 Subdivision for Conservation
•    LPP19 Small House
•    LPP20 Sustainable Design

In accordance with the requirements of Schedule 2 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, public notice is hereby given of the revocation of these policies.
