Request to Join a Panel of Suppliers for Minor Civil and Ancillary Works

The Shire is seeking applicants from appropriate parties interested in joining a panel of pre-qualified suppliers to undertake numerous and diverse minor civil and ancillary activities throughout the shire region, to complement those already undertaken inhouse.

A copy of the IPQS documents may be obtained by visiting the Shire's e-tender portal Tenderlink and completing the registration process.

Applications must be uploaded through Tenderlink

Deadline for submissions
All submissions are to be received by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River before the closing deadline of 2pm  Wednesday 16 August.

Please note:
No late submissions will be accepted.
Applications submitted by facsimile, email or by hand will not be accepted.

Canvassing of the Elected Councillors or Officers will result in immediate disqualification of the relevant Tender.

This notice is in accordance with Part 4 of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996.
