Road Closure - Deepdene

Proposed Road Closure

Pursuant to the Land Administration Act 1997, it is proposed to close a portion of unconstructed road located in Deepdene and amalgamate the closed road into the adjoining farmland. 

The portion of road proposed to be closed is highlighted on the plan. The subject road is un-named and un-constructed. It commences at Poole Road and terminates south of Reserve 47049 at the boundary of private properties. 

No clearing will be involved, or vegetation lost should the road closure proceed. 

Submissions are invited on this proposal and close on 14 February 2025.
