Emergency services will be practicing an interagency response at Gracetown Oval and Beach this Sunday 4 May, between 11am and 4.30pm.
During this time, multiple emergency vehicles will be on the oval and marine rescue will be practicing a search. You may see volunteers practicing a transfer to an ambulance at the beach.This is not an emergency, casualties in the area are actors. Please give the teams space to conduct their training.
If you're looking to exercise your furry friend in Gracetown this Sunday, please use Melaleuca Beach as the Gracetown Oval will not available as a dog exercise area between 10am and 5pm while training is underway.
